Jubilee

More of that experimental cartoony art style. I've decided that if I want to get into American animation, I should try to find a style that isn't blatantly anime. X-Men characters are my guinea pigs apparently.

And of course, it's everyone least favorite nuisance, Jubilee! This is partially a re-design (I kind of want to do a X-Men based comic), so anything that was never a part of her original design is my doing.
